Warm-up

2 Rounds:

30 Jumping Jacks

10 Lunge Elbow to Floor (Total)

5 Push Ups to Downward Dog Pose

Highway to Hell Bonus Workout (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 15 Minutes:

*With a partner! Split reps however you want!

100 Plate Hops or Double Unders

100 Step Back Lunges Bodyweight or weighted (50/35)

100 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)

100 Sit Ups

100 Goblet Squats or Air Squats (50/35)

100 Burpees

Metcon (No Measure)

If you need the extra rest, then take it!

30 minute walk/jog or 30 minute mobility of your choice!
