– 2 sets x 1+1+1 reps @ 60% 1RM snatch

– 2 sets x 1+1+1 reps @ 65% 1RM snatch

* Rest 2 minutes between sets

Snatch Balance 3×3

Snatch Balance:

– 2 sets x 3 reps @ 80%1 RM snatch

– 1 sets x 3 reps @ 85% 1 RM snatch

* Rest 60-90 seconds between sets

Back Squat 5-4-3-3

Back Squat for load:

#1: 5 reps @ 85%

#2: 4 reps @ 85%

#3: 3 reps @ 85%

#4: 3 reps @ 85%

– rest 2 minutes between sets –

High Hang Clean Shrugs 3×5

High Hang Clean Shrugs:

– 3 sets x 5 reps @ 100% 1 RM clean
