:30 Handstand hold OR Plank hold

20 Jumping jacks

10 Alternating bodyweight rdls

3 rounds:

30 Alternating Step Ups (Total)

20 Hand Release Push-ups

WORKOUT STRATEGY & FLOW:

This is another fast one!

Aim for unbroken sets on the alternating step ups. Keep the pace consistent!

Aim for a big set on the hand release push ups, then chip away until 20 reps each set.

15 Double Dumbbell Deadlifts 50s/35s

15 Strict Handstand Push-ups OR Kipping Handstand Push Ups

This is another fast one!

Aim for unbroken sets on the double dumbbell deadlifts. Keep the pace consistent!

Aim for a big set on the strict handstand push ups, then chip away until 15 reps each set.
