Snatch pull + Snatch 5×3

2 Snatch Pulls + 1 Snatch:

– (2+1) x 2 sets @ 80% 1RM Snatch

– (2+1) x 3 sets @ 85% 1RM Snatch

* Rest 60-90 seconds between sets

Snatch Grip Push Press 3-3-3-3-2

Snatch Push Press:

– 2×3 reps @ 95% 1RM Snatch

– 2×3 reps @ 100% 1RM Snatch

– 1×2 reps @ 100% 1RM Snatch

* Rest 60-90 seconds between sets

Back Squat 5×2

Back Squat

– 5 sets x 2 reps @ 95% 1 RM back squat.

* Rest 2 minutes between sets
