Warm-up

Rock Paper Scissors (gym edition): Burpee broad jump until you are facing each other with in 2′ of each other). Whoever wins the rock-paper-scissors battle does one rep, the other person does three reps of whatever movement you choose.

4 Pistol Squats or 8 Lunges (unweighted or with light weight)
