3. Heaving Snatch Balance

4. Snatch Balance without a dip

5. Snatch Balance with a dip

Power Snatch (1RM)

Squat Snatch

Hang Snatch (1RM)

AMRAP 7:

You have 7 minutes to log as many Power Snatches as possible at 50% of your max.

*Score is total weight lifted.
