5 Push ups to downward dog

30 minute walk/jog or 30 minute mobility of your choice!

* Alternate rounds with a partner (5 rounds each)

20 Single Dumbbell Alternating Step Back Lunges 50/35

20 Jumping Air Squats

10 Burpees
